Welcome to my daily loop: a satirical series of animations that originated as a 6-month performance through the artist's process of daily, algorithm-driven production to remain visible. Paradoxically, these works directly explore that exact same topic of digital survival. I was testing and creating what the online audience preferred and what the algorithm pushed the most. The result is an algorithm-curated collection that turns out to be about diagnose of today's toxic culture of hyper-productivity.
Offering a sharp satire of the hustle mentality and its "just keep grinding" mantra, while exposing the fractured human relationships and deteriorated mental states left in its wake, I focused this series on everyday work rituals and the subtle micro-violences that quietly traumatize and drain us on a daily basis.
Literally using repetitive, claustrophobic animated loops as a medium, I intended to create a collection that holds a mirror to a society trapped inside the machine of infinite scrolling, rendering, and the imperative of success.
